Christmas is Magical at the ‘Toy Gallery’

We’re here to make Christmas easy this year. Come and select from our fabulous range of traditional wooden toys, rag dolls, games and puzzles now on display in the shop. Pay a small deposit and then gradually pay the balance between now and the big day. Then it’s just a matter of picking them up, wrapping and waiting for Santa!

Here at the Toy Gallery we stock the very best traditional wooden toys, all designed to stimulate children and give them hours of creative play. Our toys are destined to become firm family favourites for years to come.

We have a gorgeous pink dolls house, home of a family of four who enjoy their furnished property and luxury family car to the full.

Our wooden fire station comes complete with control centre and locker room so the fire men are comfortable and fully ready to slide down the pole and board their shiny red engine.

Come and see our wonderful Jungle Lodge full of wild animals, our lovely Farmyard complete with smiley cows and our stunning Medieval Castle with knights ready to defend their Princess.

If your family are budding entertainers then our extensive range of puppets and finger puppets are perfect and our traditional puppet theatre even doubles as a shop for loads of play value.

New in store this year is our market stall of loose wooden fruit, vegetables and other foods. These are great to sell in the shop or to cook up a culinary delight in our All in One Kitchen complete with cooker, microwave, hob, and washing machine.

For very little people you can choose from some of the best quality nursery toys on the market, pull alongs, push alongs, sit & ride, bashing, stacking and sorting toys in cheerful colours and all made of wood.

We also have a great selection of traditional stocking filler toys including pop guns, slide whistles, yo yo’s, juggling balls, spinning tops and much more.

Family play is very important to us and we have brought in a selection of favourite games including ludo, snakes & ladders, dominoes, skittles, pick up sticks, tiddly winks and more.

At the Toy Gallery we specialise in teddy bears stocking both play and collectors bears alike. Come and see our large range of furry friends including teddy bears from Steiff, Teddy Hermann, Merrythought, Steiner, and Charlie Bears. We think that we have a bear for everyone in the Toy Gallery.

A traditional rag doll has to have woolly hair, big feet and a happy smile and our beautiful rag dolls certainly fit the bill. We’ve loads to choose from and they make a great friend for lots of kids, both big and little!
