Beverley Saturday Market was taken over by cars yesterday evening as hundreds of people turned out to view a massive selection of cars and motor bikes from days of old to the present.
The cars filled Market Square with a classic fire engine and an old fashioned Volvo truck standing out. It was a lovely evening and the turn out was very good. Many of the cars on show had been restored by enthusiasts, one told us ‘I bought a VW Golf 1.1 and have worked on it now for around 10 years, my wife is glad the project has finished.’
